Jeff is a serial entrepreneur-inventor with more than 20 patents. He is the inventor of using mobile telephones communicating via Bluetooth with computers for authentication to replace passwords, US patent 7,366,913, now being implemented by Apple, Google, and Microsoft, and the inventor of the best remedy for dry mouth, XyliMelts, now sold by pharmacies worldwide. He is the lead author of the book, Sharing Reality: How to bring secularism and science to an evolving religious world.

Brian has 15 years of R&D experience spanning public sector institutions from research universities to federal agencies and private sector companies from early stage startups to Fortune 500 corporations.

Mike is a climate scientist, educator, and design thinker. He uses a combination of tools (satellites, modeling, in situ observations, and theory) to solve geophysical problems. He evaluates all questions, answers, problems, and solutions with an equity lens. He holds positions as Research Scientist at Earth and Space Research, and Affiliate Assistant Professor in Earth and Space Sciences at the University of Washington.

Michel is a leading entrepreneur in climate policy and advocacy. He helped design and pass AB32, California’s groundbreaking economy-wide climate policy as well as the revenue mechanisms in place around the US. He was instrumental in founding the environmental and climate justice movement, and has also been an entrepreneur in cleantech software. Michel is the author of the book, Lean Startups for Social Change.

Hamath is an economist with broad experience in managing partnerships and project coordination. His focus for the last few years has been on cool roofs in Senegal and climate adaptation in Sub-Saharan West Africa. He splits his time between Mauritania and Senegal.
